The School Administrators Political Action Committee (SAPAC) is organized to help ensure that the collective voice of Michigan's school administrators is heard in Lansing. 

 

Your membership in SAPAC is essential in recruiting, electing, and supporting legislators that are friendly to the interests of Michigan's school administrators and like-thinking individuals to enact policies and legislation that are consistent with good governance and student achievement.

 

Today’s campaigns cost thousands of dollars - e.g. $75,000 for a House seat every two years and $100,000 for a Senate race. SAPAC provides the legal means to pool contributions so that we can help our chosen candidates purchase billboard space, yard signs, bumper stickers, radio and television time, newspaper ads and other forms of communication. If our friends in the Legislature are defeated because of a lack of campaign funds, we all lose.

Join SAPAC

Joining SAPAC is easy! Simply write a check payable to SAPAC and send it to our P.O. Box by USPS or donate through our online system. SAPAC has four donor levels, and membership can be renewed annually. All members will be invited to special Lobby Days, with exclusive events for our Gold-level donors.

Gold Membership

Donations of $500 annually earn a donor Gold status with SAPAC. This entitles donors to: communications from SAPAC via email, invitations to Gold-level only events, and a gold SAPAC ribbon at conferences and events.

Silver Membership

Donations of $250 annually will earn a donor Silver status with SAPAC. This entitles donors to: communications from SAPAC via email and a silver SAPAC ribbon at conferences and events.

Bronze Membership

Donations of $100 annually will earn a donor Bronze status with SAPAC. This entitles donors to communications from SAPAC via email and a Bronze ribbon at conferences and events.

Membership

Any contribution to SAPAC is gratefully appreciated and makes you an annual member. Donors will receive notifications for SAPAC's general activities, and will receive a red SAPAC sticker at conferences and events.
